1959 Prophesy, given by the late Rev A.A.Allen
“This is My valley. Here have I called my people, yea, I have ordained it. In the beginning, in the early centuries have I ordained this valley. When I did lay the foundations of the world, when I placed the heavens above, and when I laid the water of the seas, at that time did I make this valley. Yes, I did walk in it from mountain to mountain. Yea and in this valley have I called my people and from this valley they shall go forth and I the Lord thy God shall go with them. And I have looked upon My harvest and I have said, “Where are my laborers?” There are so few. The fields are white and the sheaves are falling. There are many that I have called and I have chosen. I have said in my heart, I will set My valley aside. I shall call My people, those that will hearken unto My voice and I will speak with My people and I will endue them with power through the Holy Ghost. Yea, I the Lord have spoken unto My people and I will walk among them and I will speak through them. They shall come from the east. They shall come from the west, from the north and from the south into this place to prepare here to go unto My whiten harvest fields. I will open the windows of heaven and I will pour out of My power and I will bless thee and I will give thee what thou hast desired.”
Prophesies concerning Miracle Valley # 1
“I, the Lord thy God, shall do great and mighty things in thy sight. Yes, I say unto thee, greater than this shall I do because thou hast believed my word; yea, I say unto thee I shall even raise the dead; yea, on this very ground shall I heal every person, if thou wilt believe. If thou shalt believe and rejoice, I, the Lord thy God, shall do a mighty work among thee.”
“Yea, I say unto thee, the evil one, even Lucifer himself hath sent his spirits into thy midst and they did try to say that which I have given thee: yea, they did try to spread unbelief and doubt, but I say unto thee, I did send my holy angels, my messengers from above. They came with their swords and chased the evil spirits from these grounds. I did look down and see the distress of my people. I did see their burdens, their heaviness. I did see their unbelief and their lack of faith and I say in my heart, “My people shall rejoice, my people shall praise me; my people shall know my name; my people shall know my voice and my people shall know that I, the Lord their God, am a mighty God.” Therefore did I say, “Come thou my Holy ones, come thou, go thou down this night, chase that which is not of me or of my valley, for yea there are some who have said this is not my place. But I did say “this is My valley: this is My people; these are the ones I have called”.
“Therefore I say my people, rejoice!, rejoice!. Lift up thy voices and let thy praise be known in my sight for I, the Lord thy God, am here to save, yea to heal, yea to bless. If thou wilt look unto me, I shall give thee every desire, I shall heal thy every want, and thou shalt go away filled.”
Prophesies concerning Miracle Valley # 2
“Yea, I say unto thee that this place shall be heard of and yea many shall come to his place and shall be delivered. Yea, I say unto thee this night that they shall come from the east and they shall come from the west and they shall come from all places around to be delivered. They shall know of this place of my power, and I say unto thee that demons shall tremble at this place; yea, demons shall flee because of my power that is in this place. They shall know and recognize my power and they shall have to flee.”
“This shall be a place of deliverance. Many shall come and shall go away free, delivered by the power of thy God. Yea, I say unto thee this is my place. I shall be walking these aisles and many shall see me. Many shall know that I am in the midst of this place. Many shall come doubting and skeptical, but I say unto thee as they enter this place, they shall see me and they shall know that I am here. They shall go away believing that I am still walking among my people and that I am still the same and that I shall do the same things I have done in the past.”
“I say unto thee, as I walked with my people and talked with them in the temple, I am talking with my people, and it shall come to pass that they shall walk and talk with me in this place. They shall know that I am here. They shall feel my presence for I shall fill every place and be in every part of this tabernacle.”
Prophesies concerning Miracle Valley # 3
“Yea, I say unto thee look thou to the north; look thou to the east, look thou to the west and yea, I say, all that thou seeth that will give thee; yea, I say when I did make this Valley, when I did form it with my hands, yea, when I did hide it away and ordained it for this day (for this is my day), I did say I shall give them all that they shall see, all that they shall walk upon. That land shall be theirs, yea I say unto thee, I shall ordain this place. I have builded me a city here; I have builded me a place where I could bring my people. Yea, I builded this place where they can come and learn of me; here I will ordain them; here I will unctionize them; here I will pour out my spirit upon them, and here I will speak unto them.”
“I shall send them forth; yea, they shall come from the north, from the east, from the south, and from the west, and I shall bring those whom I choose and I shall build me a city here that shall be called my Valley, my land, my city, where I, the Lord thy God, shall train my workers for my harvest. Yea, I say unto thee, all that is in this Valley will I bless with abundant rain and with sunshine. I will bless the ground and those who till it and it shall bring forth abundantly, for I, the Lord, shall supply the needs of all who I have called. They shall not go hungry, for I shall provide for them.”
“Yea, I say unto thee, give thou of what thou hast, give thou of what I have given unto thee, and I, the Lord thy God, shall give it back unto thee. If thou wilt give unto me I shall multiply it and I shall add it unto thee a thousandfold. Thou shalt have many stars, much reward, if thou wilt give. Give! Give and rejoice, that I the Lord thy God may do a mighty work in this my day and this my hour!!”
“I have ordained this place”
“I say unto thee I have ordained this place and if thou wilt trust me, there shall no evil befall this place. There is no power that can destroy that which I have ordained. If thou wilt leave that I am the God of all flesh, that I am the same yesterday, today, and forever, no evil shall befall this place, no destruction, because the hand of the Lord is upon this place and surrounding this place. UI shall protect it from all the powers of evil and all the powers of man, for I, the Lord, am the power of all powers. There is no power but of me, saith the Lord, and I shall protect, I shall keep, and I shall save throughout the Millennial Age, saith the Lord.”

I must do a quick work here and have but a short time to labor. Your hands are my hands, your eyes are my eyes, your tongue is my tongue. I shall speak unto you. I shall do signs and miracles through your hands. I shall carry you through. I shall do exploits through you if you will hearken to my voice, if you will obey me.”

“I am in this place” # 1
“Yea, I shall speak unto thee. Thus saith the Lord, this is my place and I have chosen it. This is my tabernacle and my presence shall rest upon it and my glory shall rest inside it. Yea, ye shall know that I am in the midst of my people, and everyone in this place shall feel my presence and know my glory is in this place. Yea, people shall be healed and shall throw away their crutches and they shall walk, for I say unto thee my power shall be in this place to deliver my people.”
“This is my place of worship and my power is here. Yea, I say there shall be miracles brought forth; people shall touch me as I walk these aisles and they shall leap for joy – they shall leap out of wheel chairs and they shall leap from their cots – for yea they shall be healed by my power.”
“Yea, I say I am walking in this place and I shall dwell here, and throughout the world they shall know this place and they shall know that my power can deliver. Yea, say this night it shall go forth and it shall be known to the Four Corners of the earth that this is my tabernacle and this is where I dwell.”
“Yea, this is where I can meet my people; from this night there shall be a great blessing upon this place and thou shalt know that I am in this place without a shadow of a doubt, and I say unto thee thou shalt see signs, thou shalt see wonders, yea, do not doubt my power. This night I speak unto thee, this is my place and I shall walk in this place; I shall talk with my people. I shall meet their needs in this place, thus saith the Lord.”
“I am in this place” # 2
“Yea, my people, I shall speak unto thee, thus saith the Lord that my power shall rest upon this place in a great and mighty way; yea, for I have heard the cries of my people; yea, I have seen their tears for thou hast come to seek my face that thou can go forth to a dying world that is without me; yea, that thou may have more power in thy life to deliver my people.”
“Yea I have chosen a people that shall follow me at any cost; yea, I have chosen thee to be my people that shall bring deliverance to my people, for the time is at hand, the time is short. Yea, I say unto thee that I am coming quickly; yea, I say unto thee that the harvest truly is great but the laborers are few. And I say unto thee that as thou shalt go forth in me from this place after fasting and prayer, thou shall see greater things. Yea, expect it my people for I am walking among thee: I am breathing upon thee my Holy Spirit; yea thou shalt see my shining glory over this place; thou shalt walk softly in my presence for I am in the midst of thee. Yea, I am here to bless thee; I am here to do whatsoever thou dost ask me, yea, I say unto thee, me.”
“The hour is at hand that thou dost need more power in thy life. I will give thee power to cast out devils. I will give thee power to heal the sick. I am getting thee ready to send thee forth into my harvest fields and reach souls that are lost. Yea, prepare thyself. It is not by chance that thou art here. It is not by chance that this meeting is here. Yea, it is to prepare my people to bring deliverance to a dying world and to those that are suffering. Yea, I say unto thee, hearken to the voice of thy God and I will bless thee.”
What does it say in the Bible about revival and restoration? Below are some verses concerning this subject. Some of them are referring to a time in history and others, Jesus’ ministry which, may I add, has NOT finished yet. He is still ministering to people today. The Scriptures tell us that He is the same “yesterday, today, and forever“.
- “Moses My servant is dead; Now therefore arise, go over this Jordan, thou, and all this people, unto the land which I do give to them, even to the children of Israel.” – Joshua 1:2
- “And it shall come to pass in that day, that the Lord shall set His hand again the second time to recover the remnant of His people…” – Isaiah 11:11
- “And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be delivered: for in Mount Zion, and in Jerusalem shall be deliverance, as the Lord hath said, and in the remnant whom the Lord shall call.” – Joel 2:32
- “Multitudes, multitudes in the valley of decision: for the day of the Lord is near in the valley of decision.” – Joel 3:14
- “And it shall come to pass in that day, that the mountains shall drop down new wine, and the hills shall flow with milk, and all the rivers of Judah shall flow with waters, and a fountain shall come forth of the house of the Lord, and shall water the valley of Shittim.” – Joel 3:18
- “…it shall be as he that gathereth ears in the valley of Rephaim. Yet gleaning grapes shall be left in it, as the shaking of an olive tree, two or three berries in the top of the uppermost bough, four or five in the outmost fruitful branches thereof, saith the Lord God of Israel.” – Isaiah 17:5
- “Remember His marvellous works that He hath done, His wonders, and the judgements of His mouth…” – 1 Chronicles 16:12
